Curtis Russell
Curtis Russell is a retired member of the Morrilton Police Department and served as the department's Patrol Division Commander. He has over 35 years of combined military and law enforcement instructor experience. Curtis was a member of the Morrilton Police Department High Risk Entry Team. He is a certified law enforcement firearms instructor and a trained Glock Advanced Armorer. Curtis is a member of the NRA and has numerous law enforcement and military certifications.
Steven Tolliver
Steven Tolliver is a current member of the Morrilton Police Department where he served as a Patrolman before being selected for the School Resource Officer appointment in 2018. He has 15 years of combined Military, Fire and Law Enforcement with training on multiple platforms. Steven joined the team in 2018 and is a certified law enforcement firearms instructor as well as ALERRT C.R.A.S.E and FRM instructor. Steven is an Armorer on the AR-15/ M16 Platform and has attained multiple certificates in the field from law enforcement, military and civilian training agencies.
